1. Is this a 3D sleep mask?

No. This is a softly padded, flat-profile silk sleep mask rather than a molded 3D eye-cup design. It does not create a hollow chamber around the eyes.

2. Does it provide complete blackout?

The mask is designed to reduce surrounding light through broad eye-area coverage and a shaped lower edge. Light blocking can vary with face shape, nose bridge, strap tension, movement and sleeping position, so we do not describe it as a sealed 100% blackout mask.

3. Will it press against my eyelids or eyelashes?

Because this is a flat-profile mask, the silk surface may rest lightly over the eyelid area. It is not designed to provide the lash clearance of a deep 3D eye-cup mask.

4. How do I adjust the strap?

Start with a looser setting, place the mask comfortably over the eyes and gradually adjust the strap until it feels secure without unnecessary pressure. The ideal tension will vary by head size and sleeping position.

5. Is the strap made of exposed elastic?

9. Is it suitable for side sleeping?

The soft, flat profile may feel comfortable for many side sleepers, but comfort depends on pillow firmness, face shape, strap adjustment and individual sleeping habits. We cannot guarantee the same experience for every sleeper.
