Thank you for shopping with SunnySass. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return request window starting from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier tracking information. Please read the instructions below and contact us before returning so we can guide you through the quickest resolution.
Item Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted for a refund.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@sunnysass.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or a short video (up to 30s) showing the item and the issue (if any).
- Use the subject line: Return request — Order #123456.
- We will acknowledge your request and normally reply within 3 business days with next steps (either return instruction or an offer for a partial refund / keep option).
Resolution options we offer
After reviewing your submission, we will propose one of the following standard resolutions. The offered solution depends on the issue category and the evidence provided.
- Faulty / Major defect: If a genuine quality issue is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or an exchange.
- Minor defect / Small issue: We may offer a keep item + partial refund alternative (typically 20%–30% of the order value, depending on severity), or support a return for inspection and full refund/exchange (return shipping handled per instruction).
- Change of mind / Fit: For non-quality returns, return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. To avoid international return costs and delays, we may offer a keep item + partial refund option on a case-by-case basis (typically 20%–30% of the order value).
Important process notes
- Please do not ship items back until you receive our approved return instructions. Sending returns without prior approval may delay or affect your refund.
- All “keep item + partial refund” offers will be confirmed in writing by email. Once you accept the offer in writing, we will process the refund as agreed.
- Refunds initiated after confirmation or inspection will be processed within 14 calendar days (or in accordance with applicable local law).
- If a return shipment is required, please retain proof of postage / tracking number until the refund has been completed.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Legal & regional notice
Customers in the EU/UK have statutory consumer rights (for example, the right of withdrawal) that may apply to online purchases. If you choose to exercise any statutory rights under local law, we will comply with the applicable rules for returns and refunds in that jurisdiction. Why we offer a “keep item + partial refund” option
International return shipping can be costly and time-consuming. In many cases, a partial refund while you keep the item can be faster and more convenient for both parties. We use this option selectively and always confirm the amount in writing before issuing any refund.
