Delivery

All in-stock items take up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to be processed and shipped from our warehouse unless otherwise noted on the product page. 

All orders are processed during Beijing Time (GMT+8) business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM).

Note that orders are only shipped when payment is confirmed as received. The shipping times indicated in the table below are calculated based on the date the package leaves our warehouse, not from when you make the order. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Please note that the shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the product you ordered; the exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD $79 (or equivalent) or more, after discounts. Applicable to eligible shipping destinations only.

Orders under USD $79 will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Beijing, China via standard shipping.

United States, Europe (UK & EU), and Australia: 8-12 business days.

Other Regions: 10-20 business days.

*We recommend that you give yourself enough time to receive your shipments in a timely manner. sunnysass.com cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier service's holiday shipping schedule. Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Territories and other remote regions, including mountainous or rural regions, may take longer to ship. P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.

Orders can potentially become delayed in Customs beyond our estimated delivery time. If it's been over 20 days and your order has not yet arrived, please contact hello@sunnysass.com customer service.

Taxes & Duties:
For your convenience, all applicable sales taxes and duties are included in the final product price at checkout. The price you see on the product page and at the final checkout screen is the total amount you will pay. You will not be charged any additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.

TIPS: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at hello@sunnysass.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
